Farewell to fish at Squires in Cobham

Published: 4 September 2017 - Sue Deane

Squire’s Garden Centre in Cobham is making some changes: the Café Bar will be extended to have a much larger seating area with stylish new furniture. This will coincide with a new winter menu and create a more relaxing environment and a great place to meet with friends and family.

The main shop will be devoted to great ideas and products for autumn gardening and will have a bigger range of gifts and leisure products. As winter approaches, the area will evolve to feature everything needed for an inspirational family Christmas.

Garden furniture, barbecues and other outdoor living leisure products will move to the building currently housing Aquatics where a fabulous new showroom will be created. The small Aquatics Department will close the first week in September but fish will continue to be sold at Squire’s centres in Twickenham and West Horsley, along with everything else required for a pond or aquarium.

Squire’s in Cobham will be refitted during September with work completed by October 1. The garden centre will remain open while the works take place.
