EDRA welcomes first African member

European DIY Retail Association signs Egyptian DIY chain DARY to its Global Home Improvement Network.
The first DIY chain to open in Egypt, DARY launched with a 4,000 sq m store in Cairo in 1996. It now operates 26 harware stores across the country, including on both banks of the Nile in Cairo and Giza, both sides of the Gulf of Suez in Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh.

Following the addition of this new retailer to EDRA's Global Home Improvement Network (GHIN), EDRA now has 28 members from Europe, Asia, South America, Australasia and Africa.
