The European DIY Retail Association (EDRA) has confirmed its support for this year's awards by sponsoring the Decorative Product of the Year category.
Speaking of the sponsorship, EDRA general secretary John Herbert told DIY Week: "EDRA is very pleased to sponsor the Product of the Year Awards 2010. I think the whole philosophy of the event is very, very good. This kind of innovation can only be a good thing and we support that. It also gives us then opportunity to show our presence in the UK industry now that we've become an independent organisation."

The recipients of the silver awards in each category will come together at the prestigious awards event at London's Sheraton Park Lane Hotel on May 14. The Gold winners in each category will then be announced at the event itself.
