Essential reading for retailers and suppliers in the home improvement market

Denby supports Britain's Best

Published: 19 October 2010
Iconic tableware brand Denby has added its name to the list of big industry names supporting this Year's Britain's Best Retailer Awards.
Denby supports Britain's Best
Denby is sponsoring the Britain's Best Cookshop category, traditionally a hotly contested award. Speaking to DIY week about the sponsorship, group sales director Martin Duggan said: "The independents sector is an important and valued part of our business and we are delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor the 'Britain's Best Cookshop' category within the Britain's Best Retailer awards.

"In 2010 we added a collection of products developed for the cookshop category. Our association with the 'Britain's Best Cookshop' category is an appreciation for the support we have had from the retailers.

"It's also a great opportunity for Denby to participate in an event that showcases the very best of British retailing."

The judging panels have now convened, the entries pored over and the winners chosen. All that's left now is to announce them at the awards ceremony and dinner on November 11.

Places are still available for the dinner, which includes a drinks reception, three-course dinner with wine, the awards themselves and entertainment from this year's star compere Steve Furst.
