Smart Garden Products has acquired Outside-in Designs together with its designs and brands of home and garden clocks.
Outside-in says its business grew so quickly that it struggled to keep pace with the stock investment required to maximise its potential. At the same time, Smart says that many of its customers had approached it last year saying they wished the company could offer the Outside-in range of clocks as they were having trouble getting hold of them.

Smart is now planning on launching a reinvigorated range this month and taking orders for delivery from September onwards, in plenty of time for the pre-Christmas gift season.

The range will include all of the best sellers at good price points, and bespoke POS displays will complete the offer.
