Growing media and fertilisers supplier Bord na Móna UK has become the latest garden products company to join the British Home Enhancement Trade Association.
The company sells its peat-free Vital Earth and peat-reduced Growise brands through garden centres nationally as well as being a major private label supplier to DIY multiples.

Bord na Móna UK is part of Irish giant Bord na Móna, whose overall activities include manufacturing eco-fuels, growing media and environmental products as well as waste collection and recycling, resource recovery and renewable energy expertise.

Steve Harper, Bord na Móna UK's head of consumer UK, said: "Joining BHETA is a good decision for an ambitious and expanding company and I'm looking forward to making full use of the networking opportunities it can provide."

BHETA's DIY and garden sector director Peter Stone said it was "great to see yet another big player from the garden industry joining BHETA".
