The British Independent Retailers Association (BIRA) is to host its first-ever charity golf day next month.
The divisional associations within BIRA will go head to head for this light-hearted fundraiser for the Retail Trust, the only charity that looks after all 3m people working in retail, plus those retired from the sector and its associated businesses.
Retailers from BAGMA, BHF, BIRA, CHA, FAB, HDRA and PPRA will represent their relevant divisions, alongside BIRA Direct suppliers.
Snacks and refreshments will be available on arrival at the PGA championship approved golf resort at Belton Woods Hotel in Lincolnshire, followed by a three-course dinner after the 18 holes.
Delegates will also have access to the Academy 9 hole par 3 course at the resort with an option to stay overnight.
The golf day takes place Wednesday, July 29.
