BHETA members support ITV makeover show

Published: 17 March 2017 - Fiona Garcia

British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA) has reported a great response to an appeal it received looking for members to supply products for forthcoming primetime series: Love Your Home and Garden.

BHETA was recently approached by independent production company Spun Gold TV  to facilitate the new ITV series, Love Your Home and Garden,  in which people are rewarded with a surprise interior and exterior makeover.  Filming begins this month for the show, which will air on Tuesday evenings at 8pm, with expected ratings of 3.5 million.

Suppliers donating products to the show will get a ‘With Thanks To’ credit on screen at the end of the programme and a direct weblink to their website on the ITV show website, as well as a possible image of the product and promotional descriptive sentence.  Suppliers will also be able to promote their involvement via social media, Tweeting out advance notice of their product’s appearance on the show on the day before the episode is shown. The best products will also feature in the ‘Get The Look’ section on ITV’s website.

BHETA members were supplied with contact details for the programme and the producers say they have been overwhelmed by the response so far.

Companies interested in more information can contact the BHETA member services team on 0121 237 1130.
