Bathrooms.com embarks on second European venture
Bathrooms.com is confident it can meet the demands of the German consumer market.

The company says all orders placed via the German website will be shipped weekly from the UK via a logistics base in Holland before moving en-route to customers in Germany.

Ceo, Ian Monk, adds: "Wow, two European launches in 18 months. Our business strategy following our initial overseas research has been underway for a while now.

"We have been busy perfecting our marketing campaign, translating the site, and hiring a specialist German speaking customer service team.

"We see a huge potential for the German market to match the size of our UK business within a couple of years, something that will have positive knock on benefit for manufacturing jobs in the UK.

"Since we have reached our aim to break into the French market, we continue to grow at circa 50-60% year-on-year, making expansion into Germany the next logical step."

Bathrooms.com doesn't want to stop at just France and Germany and in the future will be looking to expand further into Europe, as well as other international opportunities.
