Chemicals manufacturer Barrettine is celebrating more than 130 years in business as an independent company.
To honour the anniversary their recent AGM dinner was held onboard the SS Great Britain on the Bristol Docks.

Originally founded by JV Barrett in 1879, the company was bought by brothers Colin and Peter Bailey in 1973 and is still owned and managed by the family today.

Managing director Steve Bailey said: "In all divisions we have focused, dedicated and very professional personnel that take great pride in their own performance as well as the company's. On behalf of everyone involved in the business, we are all very proud to be custodians of one of the oldest independent companies in our region."
