B&Q is giving customers an early preview of its January sale over a four-day period this weekend.
From November 26-29, B&Q customers will be offered half price on all kitchen doors and drawer fronts, half price on all Cooke & Lewis bathroom suites and half price on all Cooke & Lewis modular bedroom doors and drawer fronts. Shoppers will also receive an extra 15% off the total purchase to include tiling, flooring and appliances when they spend more than £50.

Sale prices during the four-day period are guaranteed into the New Year, says B&Q. Customers who book a free design consultation, place an order or make a purchase will receive a letter which guarantees the company will match any future B&Q price up to February 28, 2011. If the same kitchen, bathroom or bedroom is found cheaper in the B&Q sale after Christmas, the retailer says it will refund the difference.

B&Q director of showroom Katharine Poulter said: "As a result of the tougher financial conditions, we're seeing more customers than ever opting to improve their homes, rather than moving. Over the four-day promotion customers will have the opportunity to shop knowing that they will get the best price before the sale has even started, thereby allowing them to spread the cost over a longer period. Our price guarantee also helps ensure that any purchases made during the sales are protected, thereby giving customers peace of mind that their bargain will remain just that."
