Since their restructuring began back in 2009 they have continually juggled their trading names as a way of losing creditors, particularely landlords but also suppliers. They owe my business money and the this morning the NEW company "Allied Flooring Supplies Ltd" had the audacity to send us a Pro Forma agreement so we couldn't use any monies paid by them from their new trading company to clear the debts they have with us from their previous trading company. It's legal, but it shouldn't be. I will not be trading with them again and I would strongly advise other businesses to do likewise. They think they are so big that we will just suck it up and be grateful that they give us their business. Who needs it? We don't!! There are lots of reputable businesses out their to sell to and for the public to buy from.
