AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings is the latest DIY sector company to join the British Home Enhancement Trade Association.
The paint and coatings giant's portfolio includes major brands such as Dulux, Cuprinol, Sikkens , Hammerite and Polycell.

AkzoNobel described BHETA as "a really pro-active trade association with real commitment to developing the retail relationships that the industry needs in order to keep driving forward".

And at BHETA, DIY and garden sector director Peter Stone applauded AkzoNobel's environmental credentials.

"Sustainability is a significant and sometimes challenging issue for everyone in the DIY market and it's fantastic to have a leading innovator like AkzoNobel on board," he said.
