Tembe DIY and Building Products managing director Guy Malam completed the Virgin Money London Marathon for the first time alongside fiancee Victoria Nicholson, raising £4000 for Children with Cancer.
Mr Malam was able to hit well over his fundraising target, and his good work will be continued by sales director Kevin Heath, who will be taking part in the Bournemouth marathon in October. Mr Malam hopes to have raised more than £10,000 by the end of the summer, and his running a promotion on HIPPO Heavy Duty Wipes.

Children with Cancer UK is the leading national children's charity dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer. It is a cause close to the heart of Tembe DIY staff, many of whom live in or around the Epworth area and were strongly affected by the story of local boy Alexander Strong who sadly lost his battle with neuroblastoma in January 2013.
