Published: 26 February 2008
T. Morgan & Sons (lock manufacturers) Ltd. are proud to introduce their new range of 5 lever mortice locks which have recently been issued with a Kitemark licence to British Standards BS3621:2007. This is the latest standard for thief resistant locks, as recommended by insurance companies and the Police.

Production of the locks is undertaken on an exclusive basis for T. Morgan & Sons by their ISO9001 certified manufacturing partner in mainland China. The company claims that quality assurance provided by the Kitemark and low production costs makes this product an attractive alternative to similar UK made goods.

Both sash lock and dead lock are available now from UK stock under the morgan brand in 67mm (2½") and 80mm (3") case sizes and two finishes, Polished Brass and Stainless Steel.

The company is also offering a fully 'own branded' option to UK customers where they deal direct with the factory and specify the complete set up of the locks. This includes product marking, packaging, case colour and finishes. Set up costs and minimum order quantities are kept at reasonable levels to make this an appealing product for customers looking to promote their own company name or brand.

For trade prices and further details on the own branded options please contact the sales office:
